We possess design and manufacturing capabilities across our four factories. Therefore, private label business, including OEM and ODM services, is warmly welcomed. If you have your own trademark, we can assist in customizing both your packaging and the products themselves. Additionally, we welcome the opportunity to distribute our own brands in your territory.
Quality Control
This is the first important service from us.
Our truck parts are manufactured by factories certified to ISO 9001 or TS16949 standards, with some having established OEM cooperative partnerships with renowned truck manufacturers in China and Europe.
Also, different from most other exporters, we have our own sales channels including Scania and Volvo service centers in China. We have sold our truck parts in the domestic market for several years before starting exports overseas. This is one good way to test and ensure good quality of our truck parts. That means we shall only sell those approved truck parts to overseas.
We will also inspect the parts status, surface quality, and quantity before packing to avoid delivering wrong parts, defective parts, or shortages.
After-Sales Guarantee
Guarantee
All the parts we have sold come with a warranty, most of which are valid for one year. If we send the wrong parts, damaged parts, or if there is a short delivery during shipment, we will replace them with new ones free of charge.
Efficient Delivery
Urgent air orders for available parts: delivery within 3–7 working days. Normal sea or railway orders for available parts: delivery within 14–30 working days.
