(Our New Generation Water Pump 1C01101-VL)
Considering the upgrade of Volvo Truck OE original equipment water pumps (OE Ref. 21960479, 21030340, 21648708, etc.) and feedback from our primary users during actual operation, TruckPartsFirst hereby announces the following two modifications to the water pump model 1C01101-VL:
Change One:
Optimized Ventilation Layout
The vent has been repositioned beneath the magnetic coil, with a cover formed by the magnetic coil mounting plate to shield it from above. This design effectively prevents external dust ingress and improves component protection.

Change Two:
Optimized Machining Process for Mounting Surfaces and Seal Grooves
The original combined machining process for the mounting surface and seal groove has been replaced with a non-machining method. Using high-precision custom molds, the flatness of both surfaces is uniformly controlled with exceptional accuracy, ensuring a precise fit and superior sealing performance.
The new-generation water pump will be available on the market beginning in August 2026.
