Could you please tell me the main products available on your platform (www.heavytruckparts.cn)?
Heavy truck parts mainly include water pumps, braking pads, radiators and air conditioning compressors produced by our four factories.
What’s the most significant feature of your factories?
Excellent quality. We are leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) qualifications. Our primary OEM customers include prominent Chinese truck manufacturers such as SINOTRUK, DONGFENG and FAW, as well as foreign brands like Isuzu’s joint venture in China.
What can you customize?
We provide a wide range of services, from minor customization to complete private-label solutions, including labeling and packaging. We welcome customization requests based on drawings and samples.
Can you supply truck parts that are not manufactured at your factories?
Yes, we are gradually expanding our product range to include other truck components such as body parts, suspension parts, and electrical parts, initially targeting the Chinese local market. Subsequently, these parts will be exported to overseas markets.
How is the packaging?
Neutral packaging, our own brand's boxes, and customers' boxes are available.
Do you offer any warranty on the parts?
Sure. Warranty assurance is an important part of our service. We offer a one-year guarantee on most parts, except for wear items such as filters, pads, and exterior components. The warranty terms will be specified in the contract.
What are the payment terms?
We prefer payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). L/C is also acceptable if the contract value exceeds a certain large amount.
